When one particular caller calls me, the call connects. I hear her fine, she can't hear me. I call her back and there are no problems. Both of us are on Verizon, both have Android phones. Problem only started this month but has continued roughly 3 weeks. I already have a Verizon Msg: Your network ticket is NRB000010575924 . I ve been to stores and have contacted tech support. No solutions so far.

Certainly a mystery but we can help, ktmduc. First, let's have your wife delete this contact from the device. Once done, please recall this number and let us know if the problem persists when the contact is deleted.
