Does anyone know of a way that I can contact a Verizon supervisor/management directly. I have been dealing with an issue since June 30 and it still hasn't been resolved. I was promised that a supervisor would return my call this past Sunday or Monday and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have called and spoke with live agents, chatted with live agents and even went to the store (where the problem was partially fixed) but was told I had to go through corporate to fix the other half. I have been a Verizon customer forever but I am beginning to get extremely frustrated. Thanks for any assistance.
