I took advantage of the trade-in your old phone for up to $800 towards a new device promotion. I returned the old device in working order as they instructed me to and UPS shows it received, but now I am not only not getting the promotion, but am being charged back for it! When I call, I am on hold forever. 1 hour 43 minutes last time!
