This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life.  I am continually overcharged on my bill MONTHLY. Now the bill has become insurmountable and I will no longer pay RIDICULOUS OVERCHARGES. I want out of my contract immediately and will be switching. Unless Verizon can find a way to bring down these unfounded charges there’s no reason to stay. Absolutely unacceptable.
