I completely agree. Ever since the COVID outbreak and the closing of multiple stores I went online to handle a return. One agent said that the return policy of 14 days has been extended... she lied.... I called again and another agent said they will process my return and will send me the return shipping label by the next day... 2 days later, no label... lied again... I am going to quit Verizon. They are not customer focused.
