I just paid $60 towards my bill on 04/23. Got a message stating that I'll need to pay $160 TODAY to avoid service interruption??? I can't pay more right now. I want to make another payment arrangement. I have tried calling Financial Services for the last THREE hours, but they are NEVER available! I have been a customer for many, many years. Perhaps its time to finally sever ties with Verizon, if this is how they are going to treat customers.

Hello, GPayne1942. I know how important it is to ensure that your line is not interrupted. I personally depend on my own personal phone to manage my families and my own life daily, so I understand your concern. If you have already set up the payment agreement, Financial Services is the only department that can make adjustments. They are available at 1-866-266-1445, their hours of operation are from Monday to Friday from 7:00AM - 12:00AM and Saturday from 8:00AM - 8:00PM, Eastern Standard Time. They are not open on Sundays. ~Pamela
