My Verizon Hotspot on my iPhone is giving me like 60kb/second in my new house where I'm waiting for internet connection Thursday. It's nearly useless and had thrown me back to 1998 exactly when I was counting on it. I've got 4 bars of LTE, so you would think it would function better

All networks are asleep congested because of the number of people who are using services. It wouldn’t matter how good your network connection was you’re still sharing the network with other people. Lots of other people

Gibby603, I understand how important it is to be able to use your phone while at home. Many factors outside of Verizon’s control can contribute to indoor performance even in cases where you may have had service in the past. Hotspot may run slow, especially at this time during the COVID-19 since many more people are using the Internet. It's truly hard to say if it's the new house, area or is it just because of what's going on right now.
