I doubt this will do me much good, but maybe I will prevents someone else from making the same mistake. A few months ago my contract with Verizon ended. I called and had them unlock my i phones so I could take them with me to another company. They offered me a $30 per month decrease in my bill to entice me to stay. The rep said there was no contract extension attached to it. Six months later I change to ATT. Now Verizon is charging me early terminations fees, $170 per line. So they lied about the contract. When I contact them about the issue, like everyone else they transfer me from agent to agent , no one can do anything and they say what you want to here just to get you off the phone. I thought they where better than that, I was wrong.
