Receiving messages re 3g network shutdown even though my phone is 4g

For quite some time I've been getting messages from VZ via txt, email, and even snail mail warning me about the impending 3g shutdown and specifically mentioning my phone number as an affected device.  My phone is a thoroughly modern 4g phone but is not one purchased through Verizon and whatever database the system is using probably doesn't recognize it.  Until now I've mostly been assuming that I could ignore the warnings since my phone is currently using 4g including HD voice and should continue doing so after the 3g shutdown.  The latest version of the warning however says that my line will be "suspended" if I don't upgrade.  It sounds like they may end suspending my perfectly good, working 4g phone because they think it's something else!  I tried mentioning this issue to a tech support person at one point but I'm pretty sure she just though I was some old man who didn't realize I was really using some ancient 3g phone....  FWIW my phone is a UleFone Armor 9.

Any suggestions?
