***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Recent Poor Wireless Service and Data Decline

Service near London, AR has been good for the past year, but suddenly dropped off and became very poor in the last two weeks. Contacted customer support and they claimed there were no issues and that it must be the phone. Got a new phone, no change. Same poor service and data drops.

Thanks for the details you provided. We always want you to have a great experience with our service, and I'm sorry to learn of the issues you're having. I'm not showing any issues in London at this time, so I would like to gather some information. Tell me, does the service improve if you step outside briefly? What recording do you hear when you call #832? Are you aware of any other Verizon customers having the same experience? Please share some more information, thanks very much.
