Refund still not issued for product returned over a month ago!

I have been back and fourth so many times with customer service on the phone and chat and STILL cannot get an answer on my refund! I returned an apple keyboard over 2 months ago was charged for it and STILL haven’t gotten refunded. I am ready to call a lawyer this is insane.
