So I missied a autopay due to no low funds in my account.
Ever since iI have to do cash payment at a store. Im no longer eligible for debit or auto pya.
Yet verizon is still trying to auto debit my account and causing me to over drafdt.
The webiste wont even allow to remove my bank info to stop the auto pay attempts. I need this fixed now. Remove my bank info or stop doing the auto pay that im not even eligible for.
My account has had 2 overdraft fees now.
