I repeatedly lose service in my home and my neighborhood. I live in the Crismon Heights neighborhood in Queen Creek, AZ near Ocotillo. When will Verizon improve this shoddy service?

Thank you for responding. It has been very consistent, particularly in the
back portion of our house. We have 9 different devices and it happens to
all of them. I recently tried to make a phone switch to one of my old flip
phones, and I had to drive out of the neighborhood to complete the
activation. My most common phone used is a Samsung Galaxy S III. Our home
device is a 'home phone connect' and both were out or unintelligible on
Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 pm MST. As I began typing this email, my S-III
had no service. I am a long-time Verizon client and service has never been
worse. On February I was stuck on I-10W for 3 hours east of San Diego and
had no ability to contact anyone and had to walk miles for a working
emergency phone. Once I was driving again, I was in San Diego Mission
Valley before I had service again. These troubles are unacceptable in this
day and age.

You're so welcome brewer29! We understand the importance of having reliable service and we truly apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. Since all of the devices are having trouble then we'd want to request our engineers to review the towers in your area. Please accept my follow request and send a private message so we can get right to work!
