Service has gotten worse lately — dropping calls every day — on interstate 70 in Maryland between Mount airy and Woodlawn.

I know the importance of staying connected while traveling! I am sorry for the inconvenience. When did this start? Is the performance the same at different times of the day?

Hi. Thanks for the response. It happens at all times of day, and it got significantly worse in April.
