Re: Ridiculous Verizon Policies

If the system doesn't allow for an early upgrade then it doesn't. You want CS reps to hack into the system in violation of company policy not to committing several felonies. Not that 99.9999% would know how to hack a system anyway. You give CS reps more power than the actually have.

As much as your situation stinks you, not verizon wireless, is responsible for your device. They offer the opportunity to insure the devices to protect you from this but ultimately you alone are responsible for your device. Think if 98 million customers all got early upgrades on the account, you seem to be about numbers, upgrading early may only lose verizon a couple of dollars but if we did it for everybody, they would go bankrupt. Its like we're back in kindergarten "if you can't bring in something for all, don't bring any at all" same principle applies here
