I switched to Verizon from Sprint and received a promotion for $1,000 trade in value for my iPhone 11 Pro 64 GB in Midnight Green.

HOWEVER, I just checked my Trade-in device status and it looks like my iPhone 11 Pro 64 GB was 'assessed' to be in Gold?? I can assure you that the iPhone I sent back was MIDNIGHT GREEN and I can search the IMEI number on the apple database to prove it. 

Since Verizon Wireless is stating that the make and/or model of the shipped device(s) doesn't match what I described when I completed my trade-in order(s) and won't honor the $1,000 trade-in credit... EVEN THOUGH IT DOES.

SOMEONE PLEASE HONOR THE PROMOTION I SIGNED UP FOR..... ????
