***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Why is there no contact for a manager/supervisor?  You get no help or poor service from customer service and ask to speak to a supervisor/manager and its either they can't, or the supervisor says "no".  

Every time I place an order on the verizon shop, logged into my account, the order goes on hold and I have to try to get ahold of the fraud dept.  Speaking to the fraud dept. they tell me they don't know why this happens and there is nothing they can or will do.  Asking to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor says "no".  What kind of ridiculous place is this.  You have a customer with a problem and no one will try to help you with it or even speak to you.
