Does the number of users create a dead-zone. Using Speedtest App for the last three months, since December 2018 to March 2019 I recorded the following down speeds: 0.37, 0.82, 6, 6, 5, 5.5, 0.02, 0.03, 6.6, 0.51, 0.29, 0.04, 0.05 and 0.09 as of today 3/6/19. How can Verizon down speeds be under 1?
