I've had 3 scheduled callbacks that call and then just dropped after I was on hold for 7-10 minutes. Been trying to get a human for hours now. What's going on?

Seems many issues that appear on here are cyclical. Getting the impression their constant but most people don't have to deal with them. Know I never had to deal with any of the online nonsense prior to yesterday, as auto-pay was straightforward. Now just trying to get it back is a colossal pain (and increasingly infeasible).
For specifics on this issue, it seems that the button at the bottom of the page, "schedule", simply doesn't do anything. Doesn't load in the page, send any message to Verizon, nothing at all beyond changing the cursor from an error to a hand (false hope, there).
