Just looking for customer service to resolve my problem last week I ordered a pixel 3XL at the Roseville Verizon store at this time I also ordered an OtterBox case and a screen protector the employee that ordered me the screen protector ordered me one that was too long for my OtterBox case and now I have bubbles in the bottom two corners of the screen protector as a result I'm just trying to resolve this issue I already tried to contact the screen protector company to see if they offered a correct product for my phone and they told me that to contact Verizon thank you
I use a case and a screen protector for my phone, too. I'm sorry to learn of any issues with fitting your screen protector and I'm right here to help. Let's gather some information, to make sure we're on the right page. Which model Otterbox is it(Symmetry, Defender, Commuter, etc.)? Is the screen protector fitted for the Pixel 3, or for a different model? Please share some additional details for me.

If a store employee ordered the wrong screen protector, that isn't on the manufacturer nor is it a contact Verizon issue. This is 100% on that store you went to.
