I am needing to change my phone number, and when I call in it asks for a 5 digit security code, but all I have is a 4 digit code. What do I do?
That's a billing system password that you set up because you might have added an additional account manager. If you don't remember it, that's okay. Key in whatever number you want and it'll error out and transfer you to a Customer Service rep. Let them know you forgot the password and they'll do a secondary verification for you. You'll have to verify the billing address, last four of social and you need to be calling from one of the numbers on the account.
