On 10/8/2011, when I opened an account, I put $400 security deposit. I still have the email receipt for this. I never have late payments. Now that it has been more than 4 years ago, I would like to get my security deposit back.
I've called support to ask for my deposit. They're still looking into my case and said they will contact me back. But that was more than a week ago.

4 years long time.....you might wana call csr and ask to see if it had been applied on bill or check is mailed ...mostly it happens after one years depending if you paid bill on time...but I will call csr to ask more info
