Hi there. I started using Verizon a year ago and paid $400 as security deposit. After using Verizon for 12 months I requested a deposit refund. The representative on the phone confirmed my deposit refund and told me to wait for a couple of weeks. After 2 weeks I got a check worth $101.77 by mail. When I check payment history on my My Verizon account I see the table below. However I did not get any checks other than 101.77. Where is the rest of my deposit? How can i get it back? Thanks.
