Seniors 60+

Verizon needs a Phone and Subscription Plan for Senior Citizens, Disabled, Social Security, lower prices for plans set up around and for seniors.

Can this be done, we know seniors can not afford the regular plans and pricing.

You should look into pre-paid, then. Pre-paid smartphone plans currently start at $40/month and include 3 GB of data at 4G LTE speeds. Pre-paid basic phone plans start at $30/month.

      Seniors need simple phones at some point, no texting no pictures just simple for tired old eyes with thick glasses. With great big buttons!

     I have lots of smartphones with you and have for more than 19 years. I am about to go to another carrier because you are ignoring customer NEEDS not wants. My 87-year-old parents need a large button phone that operates as close to an old house phone as possible. They had a flip phone but it finally fell apart from old age. You have many customers here with the same need NOW FILL THE NEED!  This is business 101, fill the need or someone else will, and as they fill the need my loyalty to you will begin to diminish! WAKE UP Verizon... You are becoming the old AT&T not listening to customers needs/wants! I seriously doubt this will ever make it up the ladder but at least I can hope. No one here is even asking about price.... So this is a great chance to make some margin!

Home phone connect with a large button landline style phone. I know family members who converted their mother's cell phone to that description.

I am a consumer too, and I sincerely understand the need for seniors to get basic phones easy to use without the complications and sophisticated features included with Smartphones.
