How do I report and get help with serious bad cell coverage? We use to have great coverage at our house however in the lest 9 to 12 months we can't use our Cell phones any more with out dropped calls, Txts not coming through. IT is so bad that although we have used VW for 15 years I am considering finding another provider.
We certainly don't want to see you leave after 15 years together, JnL-FL. I certainly share your concerns in regard to our service not performing as you're accustomed to. That is certainly far too long to experience issues and I want to ensure that we're able to get to the bottom of this. Have there been any recent changes in your area? Do you have Wi-Fi available where you're located?
