You have gone from extreme customer service to "we really do not care" customer service. I have called now three times to find out about replacing my T2000 home service with another option. Your web site brings up the YEalink One Talk DECT phone bundle when I search under home phone. No one on your end knows anything about it. Your folks have tried to sell me another T2000, which is basically a piece of garbage. On one call I was trasnfered five times and the last person I talked with knew the product, but did not want to help or even talk with me as they put me on hold and I hung up after being there20 minutes. About the T2000, I do not need to replicate the incredibly poor experience I currently have. Your cell service has continued to degrade in my neighborhood to the point that you placed an extender in my house, which does not always work. Cell calls continue to drop out as well as calls coming in on the T2000, so the voip functionality of the Yealink is attractive, but no one can or will answer my questions. I have attempted to make an appointment witn Robert in the Palm Beach Garden's store via text and even he will not reply. I am sure this will result in additional revenue for you, but you do not seem to care. How can I get some basic quesitons answered about what I am trying to do? By the way, your service seriously terrible.
Why are you calling wireless for home phone services then? The T2000 is what you're going to be offered which uses a cellular connection. CS can't help you when you call the wrong team. This holds up the call queue for someone who needs wireless support.
If you want a home phone from Verizon, you contact VZ Communications.
We want you to know that we do care. We'd like to save you another phone call and assist you right here, online. For convenience, support for the T2000 device is also available at our website: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-wireless-home-phone-t2000/
At this time, this is only home device that we offer on our wireless service. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide you with a different alternative. Based on the details that you've provided, it sounds like you are located in a challenging area as you mentioned that you have a network extender. The performance of that device heavily relies on the data connection in your home. Have we tried to troubleshoot the network extender in your home to resolve the dropped call issue? https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/network-extender-basics/
