I spoke with Tony to reactivate a previously activated phone.  Since my cell phone is the only phone that I have available, Tony quickly problem solved this issue and gave me instructions on what to do while he activated my phone.  He went above and beyond just for me, on top of being pleasant and comical on the phone.  I really hope this gets back to him and he is rewarded for his great customer service, especially since most of feedback given is negative.... so I thought I would give a positive one, one that deserves to be noticed!

The best thing you can do for the rep that helped you is to take the time to respond to any email or telephone survey that you may receive from VZW. You can also try here but I am not sure if it will tie to that rep.
