3dremodel, we never want to learn that you're unable to use your service. Allow us to work towards a resolution. We currently do not have any reported network issues in the Houston area. Do you know any other Verizon Wireless customers in your area that are having the same trouble? When did you start to have problems with services? When you have Wi-Fi turned off, what type of signal displays on your phone?
