Service Problems

I recently moved offices - now located in zip code 22209 - and the service for my phone both in the building and outside is really bad. Rarely 4 G LTE.  Calls drop. Apps do not work. Can you guys work on this?

JASEBE76, our valued customer's service concerns are always our top priority. Hearing that you're experiencing service issues (e.g. dropped calls and apps not working) both inside and outside in the zip code area of 22209 (Arlington, VA) is a very urgent matter. Rest assured we will do everything we can to get these service issues resolved for you.

At present, we're not any network servide issues or service outages with our cell towers in and around the 2209 zip code area. However, we'd like to dig deeper into this urgent matter.

You mentioned having recently moved to your current office location. How long have you been experiencing issues with dropped calls and apps not working at your new office location? Are there other Verizon customer's service being affected there? What make/model phone are you using?

I moved early September.  The problems started immediately. I have friends who also you VZW who have the same problem. I am using an opine and they have an android phone.  Calls and apps also do not work outside the building.

Yes if I leave the area around [removed] it works just fine a few blocks away. But I have to move 3 or 4 blocks to get it to work.

I recently moved to 84044 and there is terrible service inside my home. It is two stories and it doesn't matter which level I am on, I barely get one little bar and calls cut out all of the time. Please fix this!
