Service almost unusable 91304

When we first got Verizon it was because it was the only signal strong enough to get decent service in our area.  I'm not sure what happened but this last year it has got worse and worse to the point that we have gone back to using our landline at home.   This is no longer acceptable as I work from home and need reliable service.

What happened - we pay through the nose but get awful reception?  Ready to switch.

If there are multiple Verizon Wireless devices being used, are they all experiencing this same issue? Looking forward to hearing back.
