My Verizon service is horrific. I've been a customer for almost 20 years and the service to my phone and my wife's phone has gotten so bad that she's going to AT&T on Tuesday morning. Our phones will barely function in our home unless we are connected to our WIFI network (which ironically is AT&T). Dropped calls, calls cutting out, phones not ringing, missed text messages, nonfunctional email, and no internet connectivity is now a hallmark of Verizon "service". Buh bye.
