How do I complain to Verizon about this?

i have 1 bar signal at my house. 309 frey ave vestal ny.

 i have always  had 3 bars. calls are being dropped..

i run a business out of my home. i can't have this bad service. not sure what has changed on your end. nothing has change at my home.

i have 5 phones and pay 377 a month.  i have been with verizon for 20 years at this same address i need this fixed.

Wojo2, we certainly want you to have the best possible service! Do you only have this trouble in your home? What make and model phone do you have?
