Service suddenly went bad at home.

I went from having like 3 bars of 4g LTE at my house to 1 bar of 3g or no service at all about a week ago. Nothing has changed, not my phone (Galaxy s4), wifi or surroundings. I was thinking it might have something to do with a cell tower or something on verizons end. Who exactly should I contact about this?

Try reseating your SIM card and see if that helps (in other words, turn the phone off, remove the SIM card for a few minutes, then reinsert the SIM card, turn the phone back on, and allow it to establish a fresh network connection).  If that doesn't help, check with VzW to see if there are network issues in your area by calling Customer Service (*611 from your cell phone or 1-800-922-0204) and when you get the phone tree, press 3 for Technical Support.

Thanks, ill try both of those. I dont have a landline, so trying to call will be fun since i have almost no service haha

You can try Live Chat on the VZW website.  Last resort you can go to a VZW corporate store or even a neighbor's asking if you can borrow their phone.  Good luck!!
