I switched to Verizon 9 months ago after lengthy research about coverage in my area. I asked around to all my neighbors who had Verizon and looked online. According to interactive map where I typed in my address, and the rep I talked to I have excellent coverage and should get 4 bars. We get three and maybe two in the house. This worked enough that I was fine with it. Three days ago, we stopped getting any coverage inside and maybe 1 bar in the yard or it says 1x or 3g with one bar. I called Verizon. Suddenly, we are in a marginal coverage area and "sorry" we cannot help you. Marginal means you may or may not have coverage. They also are continuing to lie. My neighbor chatted with a rep today who said that we are area has excellent coverage. So what do I do now with a phone I can no longer use at home for business? I asked a rep if a network ticket could be made to look at the tower but since we are "marginal" now she says they will not do anything.
