So my bill was overdue and I pay it in full but service never gets restored. I can't call out because service not restored. 611 number won't let me talk to a human unless I pay an additional 11.99 charge for a person in India to answer that I cant even understand and doesn't understand me and hangs up on me. All to call again for another 11.99 charge I just want a human to talk to so that my service is back on. What can I do?
