So my bill was overdue and I pay it in full but service never gets restored. I can't call out because service not restored. 611 number won't let me talk to a human unless I pay an additional 11.99 charge for a person in India to answer that I cant even understand and doesn't understand me and hangs up on me. All to call again for another 11.99 charge I just want a human to talk to so that my service is back on. What can I do?

While we are a diverse company, we can assure you that all of our call centers are located within the U.S and do not require a charge to speak with our representatives. If you process a payment via a representative, you are charged a one time fee of $7.00 not $11.99 for this option. This is only charged if you chose to make a payment with us instead of online or via our other self serve options. Is your service still suspended currently? Do you have additional information that shows where you were charged $11.99 to speak with someone?
