I am new to verizon but I am not happy with the service. I can't get anybody to change the numbers around on my account to make the other number the main one. I have tried time and time again to get it done. I activated the phones on November 5. so what can I do. somebody help me please.

Just tell them the other # you are talking about is your primary line and that you are the account holder for this line.

By the way I found out the Agency that will look into any complaints against Verizon Wireless is "THE FCC".  File a complaint with them, try some more agencies like:

1-BBB (not guaranteed any results but will show a complaint file).

2-www.Hearusnow.org

3-Cal. office of the Attorney General

4-dca@dca.ca.gov

5-www.FTC.gov

6-Consumer Protection Agency.

I have already filed a complaint regarding poor signal quality with the FCC, I want to see how far they'll take it.

Verizon Wireless no longer has primary and secondary numbers. The only place where it would differ is when it comes to the myverizon account online in which case you would have a number registered as account owner with full access to the account and any subsequent numbers would be account members with limited account access to that specific line.

For the latter, you can call customer service and have them unregister the current account owner and then you sign in and select the option to "change your role" which pops up by hovering your mouse over the blue question mark next to where it says "Welcome! You are an account member"

For the former, it cannot be changed and the numbers will list in numerical order.

Help is here kat724! Welcome to the VZW family. We want you to be happy with us and enjoy your service. Which calling plan are you currently on. On our Share Everything plan there is no need for one particular number to be the main line on the plan. Are you referring to access to the account online via My Verizon? Please share further details.

Thank you Eric72 for this information.  I am filing a complaint against Verizon with every agency you listed.

We signed up for a home fusion in 04/13 and asked specific questions about where this item would work because I might be transferred across the state for work.  We were told that it would work with no problems.  Well come 7/13 I was transferred.  When we called to have the item set up at our new home, we were told that there was no fusion coverage for our new place and that no technician would come out to hook up and when we moved we needed to take the fusion and the antenna with us.  We did that.  I have been trying since July 2013 to get this fusion removed from my account.  I call at least once a month.  I have even been told by CS reps that I should have credits coming to me.  We only have 2 phones and I can't lower my data plan because of this fusion.  Well finally today, I get them to remove the damned thing!  But because I have been willingly paying my bill this whole time with the fusion included, I am not entitled to any credits!  If I wouldn't have paid my bill I wouldn't have a phone!  As far as I am concerned Verizon can take every device I have and shove them straight up their ass!

So thank you for posting this information... I am going to file a complaint with all of them!
