Shame on Verizon's culture of impersonal service, but you're lucky when you find a good one.

When you walk into a Verizon wireless center it can be a daunting experience. The staff is efficient and not particularly friendly. I always feel challenged and uncomfortable when I ask for sales assistance and this time I made an appointment with Steve from the Sarasota Florida store and was pleasantly. surprised.

My husband and I ended up purchasing 2 phones , thanks to the great service ,patience and  care from Steve and Lorraine. There seems to be a culture of high productivity and not much attention to friendly service. Well Steve and Lorraine changed our view of this Verizon store. Thank you
