Anyone have experience with updating a shipping address after the order is shipped? I placed a order late last night and tried to cancel/change the order after, but Verizon would not allow me to change online and I was directed to call in the morning.
When I called this morning I was told the phone had not yet shipped, so I gave them the correct address. However, I just received a message from FedEx and the order is still going to the wrong address, where I no longer live. FedEx says Verizon will not allow me to change the shipping details at this point.
I realize I made a mistake, but I'm beyond frustrated as it as been impossible to correct it
