15 years of loyalty would mean something to me if it was my business. I'm jumping ship with any business if after a period of time I feel anonymous. And I also feel Verizon is needing to change their culture. I will be finding other service. I don't wish to reward this culture.

Verizon prides ourselves on our culture and working with integrity. It is heart breaking for us when our customers don't get good service at their home, but as I read through the thread a lot of the information provided is correct. No carrier can guarantee services in doors. We do offer devices with WIFI calling capabilities or Network Extenders as solutions for indoor coverage.
Can you tell me more about the type of issues you're having that has you wanting to leave Verizon? I'd love to help anyway that I can.
