We have had Verizon for a very long time and have been happy with the service until this year. We have several lines on the account, so pay Verizon very good 💲💲💲 every month. Its very rare that we are able to talk on our phones in the house anymore. I have wi-fi calling turned on and have an extender. It’s getting to the point we are ready to switch. I had heard it was due to upgrades going on, but that should be complete now. So frustrated with the service.

my best of luck to you and anyone expecting a timely, unpatronizing answer from the (non)support team. here on east hawaii island we had decent and reliable service in 2018 even as lava was pouring out of the ground and acres of land were consumed. it's only been this year, roclaimed "network upgrades" (forced upgrades and cost) that everything came crashing down. no data service and no voice service (NOT EVEN 911) since the july 4 weekend.    if you want something done right, just forget it...
