I have been having extremely weak service near my house, and am wondering if there is any way that Verizon could improve the situation. This has been the case for quite a while now.

They will probably tell you to pay 249.99 for a Network Extender. Best option, call 1-800-922-0204, and choose option 4. Say agent, and when you are connected, ask to speak to a manager. Once you do that, tell them you need a discount on the extender,because you don't think you should have to pay. Mixed results though. Some people get one, and some don't. Doesn't hurt to try!
