@efrommel
It’s important to me that you’re able to maintain a reliable network connection on your Samsung Galaxy Note 4 device. I would love to assist.
Are you having problems with making or receiving calls or data sessions? Do you have a case or cover on your device? Please let me know so that I can further assist.

Occasionally drop calls when it goes below or down to one bar and my family
notified me that I have been missing there texts and calls, I do have a
case, it's the Samsung window case the one that is also part of the phone (
I had to remove the back of my phone and it clicks on in its replacement)
but like I said it's from Samsung.

Thank you for the details, efrommel. All of these details are very helpful and thee is no reason why the other phone in the home should operate better than yours. Let's continue working on this.
How much storage is available on the phone? Is there any water or physical damage to the phone? Please provide a few additional details and we will be sure to continue working on this for you.
