I have little to no signal at my house and I’m in  a major city. Any tips for inceqaeing my signal?

If you have internet service, you could look at Verizon's Network Extender's.  They provide a local cell signal, and send calls thru the internet connection to the wireless network.

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...
