Was reviewing our latest bill and find a $100.06 charge under "Verizon media and apps" section for the free Disney+ we signed up for in November. We do have the Unlimited Data plan so I believe this should be free for the year. However, what's odd is that the $100.06 was not applied to the final total of the bill and looking at next months potential bill shows the same thing.
Anyone know why this charge is there and why it's so much? Thanks.

It's always good to have an accurate bill, so let's check that out. The $100.06 amount you described is a known billing display error. It could also show up as a $49 or $99 charge, but you'll notice that whatever the amount is, it does not get added to your actual bill. This is also unrelated to your Disney+ subscription, so there is no need to make any changes to that. Apologies for any confusion, but you can disregard the display error as it is not a charge.

cap910. That's exactly what I've experienced. They keep telling me it's a mistake and not figured into the bill. Did your bill actually go up from last month?

I was charged 99.98 and have been waiting on the phone 43:37 to talk with them. They also charged 9.99 on two of my lines for the apple music when it was suppose to be free. Tricking people!!

Look closer. Top of the bill shows the total per individual line. Take that info and look at each line.
You'll notice you don't have any extra charges. Verizon's new bill layout is just trash.

I would be happy to assist you with your questions regarding Disney+. This is only showing you what you would have paid with the Disney+ subscription. This is not added to the final balance that is due.
