Significant reduction in reception over 7-10 days

Hello Verizon. I have had Verizon wireless service since moving into my neighborhood 15 years ago and reception has always been great 4-5 bars, no dropped calls, etc. However, in the last 7-10 days there has been a significant reduction in reception. I routinely have only 1 or 2 bars. I have rebooted my phone which did not help. My wife's phone (also Verizon, but on a separate business plan) is having similar poor connectivity. I spoke with my neighbor three streets away (also on Verizon) and he said his service also has dropped considerably. Can you look into this issue and see if you can get us back up to normal?
