Has anyone had any success in getting poor coverage fixed since 4g was turned on? Here in 38464, our coverage went from very good to constant dropped calls and ZERO coverage in areas that we previously had OK coverage.
I have called, emailed, begged and bitched and all we get is platitudes.
I am a broadcast engineer and understand RF, microwave, etc and know that this area is a challenge for 700-900mhz due to terrain. BUT it worked well on 3g. To make things even more frustrating, 4g data speeds here aren't any better than they were on 3g.

Ratt1Zillion, we don't want this to be a constant issue for you. When did this dopped call problem start? Are you indoors, outdoors, or both when you drop calls?
