Smart Home Support

Has anyone else had trouble removing smart home support from your account ? There is no option to do it on the app or the website. I have contacted customer service via chat & phone and have been told by multiple reps that it is removed, however, I continue to see it on monthly bills. If someone has had success in getting it removed please instruct me on how to do it. Thank you in advance !
