Sorting shipping error caused cancellation

I ordered a phone. UPS said they made a sorting error and sent the phone back as being refused. Now do I reorder phone or wait to see what the heck is going on?

You will have to wait for it to be sent back to Verizon and reflected on your account before you're able to re-purchase.
