I always had great signal at my home, heck the tower isn't that far. Now standing in my living room where I used to have great service, now for weeks if not months I am dropping calls. What is the problem ? zip-code 18301
Wilsea72, we want this resolved ASAP. In order to be as efficient as possible, we just need a few more details. Are others having this same issue? What specific date did this first start? How is your data and texting working? Are you using WiFi or HD calling at home? What type of phone do you have? How is your service outdoors at home and in other areas? Have any changes occurred to your home location/building?

Phone is a Samsung S8, No idea about WiFi or HD calling never turned anything like that on or off. This has been happening for over a month maybe more. Data seems a hair slower, txt is fine no change. Voice calls seem to work other places. No changes to neighborhood but neighbors tell me they use AT&T and everything works. Others family members experience dropped calls too.
