Ha, I went to the store and they didn't have boxes either. The instructions I got initially was to send it back in the box my replacement came in. However, that was about half the size of my tablet. I had to go to the store to get a return label because the one that was included in the box wasn't. I intended on dropping it with the store but apparently that wasn't acceptable.

I thought tablets had to be returned for repair, not a replacement sent and the defective sent in the replacement box.
Yes, apparently they send a box, then I put defective on in box, and ship
back to Verizon. They do whatever they do, then send it back fixed or a new
